Did you install mother board drivers? Many people forget this. This can cure all sorts of stability issues.
I would remove and re seat the ram
Inspect all power connections. Remove and re install all power connections at both the hardware and PSU side.
Is the BIOS up to date? My oldest put together a Ryzen system for Christmas and it seems like there have been BIOS updates every couple of weeks.
