Nice. Love the bumper on the 2nd pic.
Here's my wifes Wrangler. She had always wanted a Jeep, bought it new in '94, and made the $8000 down payment with huge containers of change she had saved for years.
It was completely stock until 2004 which is when we added the body pieces, wheels/tires, bumpers, etc. She thought it was in the shop for engine work and had no idea it was being dressed up a bit until we brought it home for her birthday.
That was a good night!!!
Not quite a Jeep, but close enough in my book.
As it sits now.
Shortly after I bought it. Seen here with all my friends and I doing our stupidest poses.
So, a question for you jeepers- why did they switch to square headlights, and how long did jeeps have square headlights?
They did it because it was the 80's and everything in the 80's was square. If you want square look for a YJ.
Jeep switched to square headlights because everybody was. I think is was just the YJ model (1987-95 ?). .
It was hip to be square in the '80's. But real Jeeps have round headlights.
Similar to Btabacchi up there, my wife always wanted a Wrangler too. We bought hers new in '98 and still have it. Looks similar to the TJ in Joey's lower pic. Birthday gifts for her are usually in the form of Jeep parts.
Don't have any pictures of it online. Should add it to my GRM garage.

Ah. Coil springs= not a real jeep either. No jeeps in my pics.

Rock Auto would like the first picture better I think.
My Jeep experience was with a CJ-5, so I can say that real Jeeps don't have fancy tailgates!

87-95
On Gearz, Stacey David did a story on swapping out the square headlights for round ones on a Jeep Pickerup. Remove all the chrome and the sheet metal is still stamped for the round ones, just bolt 'em in.

I would say that all the wranglers aren't real jeeps! Either square headlights or coil springs or tailgates! Posers!
