was first zoned as this guy's driveway, now its becoming a driving education/membership track
I was curious as to the value of the Lakeland home so I looked up the tax info. Valued at $513,000. Not bad for a 5000sf house on a lake with a track in the front yard! One of the neighboring houses is 10,000sf! Nice neighborhood.
Oops, someone else had already looked it up. Guess the guy is a dentist and his kid is into cart racing. Nicceee..

I wonder if he would be interested in adopting a 37 year old...
I would like to see a video of Ken Block driving around it....
then the link could be posted here every few days for a week or so.
"OK. Once you make the left into my development, go a quarter-mile and turn left at my mailbox. Then stay to the right as you enter, follow the driveway to my house, and MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE APEX FOR TURN 8! Everyone always misses that apex! . . . Honk the horn so I know to let you in."
The only problem I can see is that I'd have to take a warm-up and cool-down lap of my driveway every time I used it.
