I'm headed "Down Under" just after the upcoming holiday and I know we have a few members located on the other side of the globe.
For those members:
If there was something you've been wanting to buy in the states, but didn't want to pay the shipping "across the pond" I'd be willing to haul it in my checked baggage. From there I could put it in the Australian post or meet you "face to face" in Amberly.
The catch?
- you have to pay for the Australian post fees
- has to fit in my checked baggage (and weigh less than 45lbs)
- has to be at my house before the 5th of July. (PM for my shipping address)
Other than that, anything's game. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/wink-18.png)
("face to face" subscribers may be eligible to receive one free bottle of "Victoria Bitter")
Cheers!
If you're going back to the US from Australia, I'd send some Superpro bushings to you and then you could mail them to a Miami (or maybe Ontario) address, I'd paypal you the shipping for that.
Easy peasy.
I'll send you the address to my Hotel as soon as it's booked (waiting on Visa to be finalized). I'll be "down-under" till roughly the 11th of August and can mail them a day or two after I get back.
From when to when will you be at the hotel? I want to place the order to minimize the chance of them arriving when you're not there.
How much room do you expect to have in the luggage? If you're short on space I'll just send a set of steering rack bushings which is about the weight and volume of a soda can. On the other extreme a full set is about the volume of a 2L bottle and at least as heavy ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/crazy-18.png)
I should have two checked bags and only need one of them for clothes etc. so plenty of room for the full set. ![](/media/img/icons/smilies/wink-18.png)
I'll send you a PM for all the details
Ooooh thanks! This will help much.

Sure! But only if you can fit in my suitcase.

We'll "Johnny Cash" it.
I'll bring you some lug nuts and one wheel. Next time I go (assuming there is a "next time") I'll grab the rotor and caliper, then the hub and spindle, and so on till we got the whole dang thing!
You just have to buy the Ute in Australia first.
Gameboy: GRM's contact button doesn't seem to be working, all the mail is getting returned. In the message body was an e-mail that seems like it would be something you would use, so I shot another message to that. Let me know if it goes through.
Good times,
