By unresponsive I mean they do not have a phone line that is answered and I have not gotten a call back on any inquiry I have ever made. I suppose I could send them a certified letter, maybe show up at the county supervisor's office.
There is a mechanism to report pot holes or other issues. I called them about the disintigrating road nearby. They put speed bumps in, right next to the hole, which is still there.

MoCo maybe for sure. PG? Oh Jeez I guess the 9th Ward has enough problems. Occasionally when further out and NW of course I've seen some good ones.
But PG? Branch Ave soon as you cross the line. There were markings there once. A long time ago.
