That caprice wagon looks like a helluva lot of fun as is.
After getting the latest issue Hot Rod and seeing an Olds 442 lifted and set up for Baja racing, I've been wondering what a donk would do if you put 15" steel wagon wheels and mud tires on it, and turned it loose on a rally course. Sure, it wouldn't be competitive, but it might be a lot of twisted fun.

This. This is a brilliant idea. I think ima wait for the donk market to crash, buy up some old hulk that only got halfway done, and do exactly what you propose.

After the paint is scratched up it will look like somebody was trying to peel the candy wrapper off.
