You can buy #2 at many online Chinese electronics retailers. Using it is highly illegal though - in fact I'm not sure importing it to the US is even legal.

I know someone with a jammer. It works well. He uses it at family get togethers to annoy a relative that would rather twitter at the dinner table than converse with the family on Thanksgiving and other family holidays. It was shipped from Hong Kong.

10 has existed for 15 years. GM has had into the windshield heads up displays in the Grand Prix, Bonneville, and Corvette. Now the Camaro can have it, too.

But yeah, #2 is freaking awesome.

24 exists also. I have never seen one, obviously highly illegal, but the same system the Police, Fire etc use to change signals. I am sure the signals have to be of a particular type also.

I have a cell jammer. They are amazing tools for $100.

What's worse, person yammering away on a cell phone or a person looking at his phone, wondering what the berkeley just happened to his call, redialing, still wondering wtf, redialing again, etc?
