5th dimension is penteract which would be two tesseracts with all points connected. (Square is two lines with all points connected, cube is two squares with all points connected... so on.)

Multidimensional objects are common in interconnection network research. Some guys at Fujitsu around November 2009 (Ajima, Sumimoto, Shimizu) proposed a new 6d mesh/torus type network for supercomputers that supposedly can exceed 10 petaflops.
