Some of you are using my "Craigslist Helper' extension mentioned at
http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/off-topic-discussion/searching-multiple-craigslist-sites-with-alerts/33304/page1/
For those who don't want to install a browser extension and those who cannot (Internet Explorer users), now there's
FindOnCL.com
While lacking many of the features of the extension, it does provide the two most important ones :
a) Search throughout the US (or Canada) or throughout one of the states (or provinces)
b) Preview the text and the photos in the ads without opening them.
Let me know what you think.

Are you worried about getting shut down by Craigslist? A very popular Craiglist search site was recently threatened with a lawsuit and had to remove their Craiglist content.
Well another way to waste time

First one isn't working just now...
Second one looks familiar, but looks like a decent car besides some of the stranger things on it. (Exhaust and shift boot) Price isn't terrible on it, especially if you could walk away for $10k assuming it runs well. That boost controller ain't cheap, as they say.

I don't access the data from CL but from a data aggregator but I guess it is a possibility. So use it while it's still working :)
I don't understand what the fuss would be, you're directing hits and traffic to their site?

Yeah, you'd imagine so, but they keep shutting down alternate search sites.
