There are companys out there that do the credit check, backround and give you a rent ranking pretty cheap. Wife has worked with a few on the commercial side.
Credit scores now a days are not entirely trustworthy.
All you high rent california peaple need to move to beautiful Colorado, twice the scenery at 1/2 the price!
