Our club lost out on buying a timing truck, so we need to replace our worn-out EZ-Ups.  This is a capital investment so long-term durability and ease of use are more important than initial purchase cost.  I didn't see any recent threads when searching.

We currently have a pair of 10x10s.  We need either a new pair or one 10x20.

Want brands do people currently like?  Thanks.

It's hard to go wrong with EZ-Up given your requirements. You know what they say, nobody ever got fired for buying IBM :)

I'd advise against a 10x20.  It is 4 times the PIA of 2 10x10's

We had one for our VW Club. Took 6 people to set up.  The top seemed to never fit on the folded frame and always had to go onto a second bag.  The cost to replace it is way more than the 10x10s.

The only plus is it had a greater height and was easier to walk under.

We gave the big tent away and never looked back

Do you have a local weekly swap meet ?
See what they use , Euromax canopy is one they use here , Amazon has them

check and compare the weight on a 10x10 , needs to be  over 40 pounds ,

and make sure it's straight legs not angled legs .

and make sure you get some corner weights so it does not turn into a kite !

Duke,

I've got a 10x15 if you want to have a look at that size.

While you are at it I would suggest getting some ezup sand bags.

I have never heard this, but what a great lesson.

It's quite possible I'm the youngest person who knows that saying, and I'm old enough that the person cutting my hair always comments on how I'm not losing any :)

EZUps are great and still made in the USA.  I would buy another in a second.  Get 2x 10x10s and get the gutter to go in between if you are worried about rain.

I think I'm younger than you, and I'm semi-aware of it.  mainly because sleepydad is (possibly) partially responsible for proving it 'wrong' in beginning in the mid-70's to mid-80's... at least, the way he tells it.  although, we should probably stop discussing IBM in an awning thread (apologies).

Ez up has a few grades of canopies ,

if you want to spend once get the top commercial grade ,  if it happens to break you can buy replacement parts.

Another vote for EZ-Up. The commercial versions are top-quality.
