Custom t-shirt and sweatshirt printing vendor?

I've been using Cafepress for onesey, twosey jobs for myself and friends, but they're getting expensive. Ideally I'd also like a little greater print area than Cafepress offers as well. Can anyone recommend an alternative source?  

I have used Vista Print several times for small runs.

When I was podcasting, we used teepublic for our shirts.  You can set up a 'store', then just not advertise it, and buy what you want from there.  Good for those items that you don't want to have 3 dozen of all in the wrong size just sitting around.  

I get my CVGP Marshal t-shirts from www.rushordertees.com.  They came highly recommended by DD#2, who organized a ton of promotional work in college.  They've been great quality so far.

Depends on how many, for example my wife does screen printing and does small orders for small businesses as her niche. 

For like...10-50 it's a good option versus anything else I've found and since she's a graphic designer too she can handle all that as well 

So Vista Print doesn't print the backside of sweatshirts -  only the front. I went with rushordertees because their price was better, they print front, back and sleeves, and their print area is greater as well.
