Try out http://www.3dtuning.com - you can subtly custom a car in 3D with various wheel, colour, bumper, etc options. A few I did.
The wheel options work a little better on the modern cars.

Needs more obscure cars. I'd like to see more econo cars like Escorts, Protege, etc.
Also no Miata or MR2?
Edit: Also there is no ability to rake the car.

Did you see the number of old Russian cars???
I'd be more excited about old Russian cars if I had any chance of purchasing one and slamming it on little wheels.
I think of something like this more of a "hey, what does this car I want to buy look like with this style of wheel?"
Not "hey i bet it'd be funny to modify a Lada."
Given the fact that some of the site is in Russian, it's probably no surprise that there are a lot of Russian cars.
