My apartment complex tried to do that to me one time. A new management company bought it and must have hired the same third grader to design the account management system. My bank deposited the funds, but they "forgot" who I was and then sent me a notice indicating that they filed against me in court. Then they sent my money back to me. I bought a house because of them.

Is the car '06 or newer? I do not think the older Onstars can be activated any longer which are analog, not digital.

Was hoping for "...we're out of beer."

It is a 2013 Cruze.
