We've had the first (known? known to me?) incident of world leaders speaking to someone who was not who they appeared to be, live on Zoom.

I don't even know where to start with commentary, so I'm not going to bother. My wife pointed it out to me, and it seems like an important milestone to be aware that we've hit.

I guess we're still living in interesting times.

I wonder if this means the "Shaggy Defense" (It wasn't me) will take off since now you can just tell your supporters that the video evidence was faked, even if it appeared live.
