Every car rolls off the assembly line before and after it's brothers and sisters. The VIN tells the story of its birth. Every car knows the one before it and after it. And so the story keeps rolling.
are we like cars? Our predecessors are linked to our memetic legacy. And our descendants the same. And every generation has a set of known flaws stamped out, but a new, unknown set of flaws awaiting. The ever changing "OBD" telling us what is wrong and what must change. The fix, sometimes too late.
what are we, but a composite of parts that later break down? Perhaps repairable. Perhaps terminal.
but from the rust rises hope. A wide eyed youngling rummaging the local classified. Eager with ambition to take on a new struggle to take from the junkyard what was discarded and give life through labor pains, and, of course, lost 10mm sockets.
if ya read the whole thing, thanks for that. These were words I woke up with this morning. Please share your "deep sockets" with our forum.
Alright well I'm gonna just keep this thread going from time to time. But please, feel free to post in here too.
I have no idea what I read, but I read it all.
Just thought you would want to know, lol.
If you ever drop the oil drain plug into the tub of oil you just drained out, forget it, because man, it's gone.
Nice title. I see what you did there!
I'm stealing this from Hemmingway, and it's about airplanes, but you know its true. You've felt it, not knowing why, but it was there.
It is appearances, characteristics and performance that make a man love an airplane, and they, are what put emotion into one. You love a lot of things if you live around them, but there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, nor any before nor any after, that is as lovely as a great airplane, and men who love them are faithful to them even though they leave them for others. A man has only one virginity to lose in fighters, and if it is a lovely plane he loses it to, there his heart will ever be.
A cooler is to the organ harvester what the bucket is to the junkyard picker. Whether they be ICU or LKQ, they're all just letters in this circle of life.
