What I was thinking too. Location of explosion and looks to be pyrotechnics involved.

I agree. Looks like the airbag. Didn't even appear to flinch.

Anybody else notice that he checked the spray pattern for the nozzle on the ground before approaching the car? IMO, he was making sure he had the right tool for the job.
