Toss pizza stone (or substitute) in grill, crank up the flame and let the stone warm up as well. Toss in the pie and have some mighty good pizza.

I actually used this same method when making some small flat bread type pizzas as well. Oh and know a guy that bakes bread in the same fashion (he does not have a oven so everything is done on the grill)

Buddy's here in MI will sell you a 'half-baked' to complete at home. Haven't tried it. The pizza in the resturant is excellent however. My experience is homebaked = fail. But I fail at cooking so YMMV

We do pizzas on the grill. Pita in one of a million different flavors (tomato pesto, garlic, etc,) coat bottom and top of pita lightly w/olive oil, spread on decent sauce, add toppings (we'll usually cook up some cheap-ass turkey meatballs, as meatball is my favorite pizza topping. Fresh peppers are really good too) shred 2 metric berkeley tons of cheese. Toss on ~350 degree grill, rotating every couple of minutes.

Not bad, and super cheap.

I've heard Domino's and Pizza Hut mentioned here (as far as delivery pizza goes). What? No love for Papa John's? I find them to be a much better delivery pizza.

I am going to come across as a complete barbarian, but i am quite taken with the DiGiorno's Supremes. Hey, if you gotta have a frozen one, that's probably the best.

There used to be a place called the Pizza Factory which was ohmygawdthisisfantastic. The nearest to those I have found since then is Godfather's Pizza.

Now I really want pizza. I'm stuck with a ham sandwich.

I think the papa murphy's baking dish does a good job of making the bottom crisp. We have a couple other places around town that are take'n bake. Even one thats a take or bake..

Every time I try to cook pizza on the grille, it gets stuck when I flip it.

We have a Nick and Willy's here. Take and/or bake, but better than Papa Murphy's. Their Aegean is awesome. http://nicknwillys.com/

If I'm ordering, I'll get the thin crust from Papa John's with ham and pinapple. Mmm. Tastes great and you don't feel awful when it's done.

Donatos (thin crust Hawaiian) FTW over PH/Dominos/PJ's, etc.

Sams Club has pretty decent take and bake pies as well, I wasn't too impressed with Papa Murphy's.

Our boarder (college-kid buddy of our youngest) works at Papa Murphy's down the street.

Take-and-bake pizza at employee discount FTW.

Uggh. Domino's is okay drunk, Pizza hut is okay on a budget, and Papa Johns is better. But seriously? The big three suck.

Speaking from my personal preference (thin crust Chicago style) look and see if your area has a Rosati's, or Aurelio's (you probably won't find one, but they're the best of the chains)

I kinda like that New York style, but I'm only basing that on the fact that the New York style pizza's from PH and Dominos are better than the normal stuff the sell.

Around here we have Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Murphys and two local places Bear Mountain pizza which just flat out sucks and New York Richie's which is by far the best pizza around. They also make a killer philly cheese steak.
