I love the idea, but have the same concerns that Nashco expressed in
If a thread gets moved to the build threads section, will the http: address remain the same? If not, will the old address redirect people to the new one? I know it's a minor detail, but there are links to my $2009 and $2011 builds all over the internet, so I figure it's worth asking before mixing things up.
changing their path could break links all over the internet. Let's start the build threads forum with redirects to existing build threads (....with the threads left where they are so no links break.) Any new build threads should start out in the build threads forum.
I would have thought, just post the old address in the build forum, then if you update, make it in the build forum and not the original thread. Oh and lock the old thread to replies.
Testing, 1, 2, 3. Yep, just moved this thread to a different forum, but its old direct URL still works.
Tonto needs to move over there: http://grassrootsmotorsports.com/forum/grm/new-project-meet-tonto-the-ford-ranger/50089/page1/
I guess that should give me the necessary kick up the backside to start my Miata build thread. Not sure if we need another one, but I guess nobody's forced to read it .

Based on some of the Asperger Test scores around here, we might just be!

Yes, please do this!

I just read this, and thus discovered the existence of buttons at the bottom of the pg......I had never noticed them before.
