Homemade hummus with a bunch of goodies and some toasted pitas. MMMMMM good.
we had herb crusted rack of lamb for mothers day, and made homemeade pizza last night with pesto for the sauce. you can buy dough from a couple of the local pizza joints for around 1.00 per ball. this way I can get the thin crust I want and the kids can have deep dish.
Went to my favorite pub last night for the special, Pork Pho......it was tasty.
As were the IPAs I was drinking to accompany it.
