They stop and steer OK, the trouble is that you have to plan ahead, they don't do anything well on short notice

In reply to RFloyd: That looks like the unsafest thing evar! Which means someone here has to build one. Probably using MDF, a snowmobile engine, two salvaged shopping carts, and skirting made from used political yard signs.
