I myself find the obsessive pursuit of perfection to be a waste of a life.It is the difference between driven and driving. In the first case, you ain't in the drivers seat, its just a mental illness. A delicious mental illness, I will grant you, but an illness none the less.. I felt sorry for his son.

I love sushi. I've had Jiro in my queue for a while but haven't watched it yet. Maybe I will..

Also in the way of good food documentaries on netflix - watch "In Search Of General Tso" and the "Chef's Table" episode about Francis Mallmann. He's replaced wearymicrobe as who I want to be when I grow up.

Now I'm craving sushi AND reminded of the audi rs6 avant.
