Weird that its on a trailer. They usually aren't sophisticated enough to have warning lights.

I used to do roadside service on tractor trailers and I've seen that more than once. I was always assured that the oil level in the hub was fine last time they checked and that they had no idea that there was an issue until they were pulled over. This despite the fact that the oil level was low in other hubs and the hub was still smoldering when I got there.
