No kidding.
Concrete floors at work. No doorstops would work well. Most are the spongy triangles and they just slide. I got one from home depot for my door and it works OK. The secretary bought 20 more from Lowes which seem the same but some are still sliding.

What's the hot ticket for one with soft rubber which will actually grip concrete?
Maybe you need to scuff up the concrete a little bit at the exact spot where the door stop hits when the door would be wide open?

Do the doors hit anything behind it when open? Our Clean Lab had 1.5" magnets on the wall to hold the door open.

Don't know the details of your install, but an overhead stop with a hold-open detent would potentially work.
How about the type of door stop that screws on the bottom edge of the door, that flips down and wedges against the floor?
