I'm starting to have to deal with dry eye symptoms. My optometrist talks about warm compresses on the eyelids, and drops.

I used to be able to weld all day for a week and have no trouble, but now, 2 days and I have to take a day or two off from it.

Anybody got some experience and advice?

Sounds like maybe you need a new welding mask if the problem only crops up when you're doing that.

Not only then, but the smoke affects me a lot worse than it used to.

My wife has been having issues with it. The best over the counter drop fer her is "Systane Ultra" - cheapest place we've found is at Sam's. another thing that actually helped is that she started taking a high quality Fish oil (I think it is Wiley's Finest Wild Alaskan Fish Oil and between 2000Mg and 5000Mg per day...I think we bought it off amazon

Another simple thing - make sure you're drinking enough water each day.
