I hate those baker gangs. Making tasty baked goods and then robbing you with them.
Ha! Appropriate Freudean slip, given my profession. I'm leaving it.

TL;DR Neighbors suck.
Also at 11, water = wet!
I feel you though, I have annoying neighbors that park RIGHT across the end of my driveway on a two lane street, every single day. The ONE day I do it to them? Someone from their driveway backs into my wife's CRV, hit and run. Two years later, I still haven't done it again, but I park in the street one day to shuffle cars, and the lady sits with her reverse on as if my car is horrendously in her way and she can't leave her driveway. She literally waited on me to move the trash cans back up to the house, move the car out, move my car in, before feeling it was safe to back into the street.
I wanted to knock on her window and say, "that's annoying as HELL, isn't it?".
Every single berkeleying day.

If you give them enough beer, you fix the problem.

I swear my neighbor used to fire up his lawnmower at 7 AM under my window in retaliation for us keeping him up late.
Did you learn anything from this?
EXXXAAAAACTLY.
Oh berkeley. I just realized I'm old. Trailer Trash dun' gone fancy & bought a house across the street play berkeleyING BASKETBALL at midnight on the weekends. I start mowing when the sun comes up. They're slow learners...then again, their stupid berkeleying dogs bark all goddamned night, so I guess the sound of a lawnmower is like "white noise."
House goes on the market soon. We'll be throwing one motherberkeleyer of a "going away" party.
luckily our neighbors aren't close, so mowers, parties, etc don't bother each other. However, I commute on my Triumph and BMW motorcycles quite a bit, both with aftermarket exhausts, and they aren't quiet. I try to keep it slow right by their houses, but you can really hear those bikes coming so I'm sure they'd much rather I be in a prius....oh well.
