I'd be there after the MGB and Nova but I have company coming in for the weekend.
My folks live in Pa. and I'd be there looking at the Nova and MG, also. I have seen 2 or 3 mid-late '70s Novas on CL in the last few weeks but the 2 doors all have that stupid vinyl 1/2 roof and the 4 door sedans all look like they spent the last 20 years in Bosnia.
And even tho I was born and raised in Pa. and know of a few towns with "odd" names....Holsopple?
In reply to integraguy:
Holsopple is 75 miles east of Pittsburgh and only about 10 miles from Jennerstown Speedway. It's a rural area so I was pretty stoked when I first saw the auction listing... maybe the big money wouldn't show up.
The V8 Nova looks clean but it is a '76... still good potential tho. MGB lookin' good too.
Gonna take my 4 n 5 y/o nephews fishin' Saturday , so no auction for me.
I once owned a '77 Nova, and often look at them when they come up on CL. I looked at nearly half a dozen X-bodies before I bought that one, and bought it because it was the only one that had an engine that was the same brand as the car was. I found a really interesting Pontiac Phoenix...had an Olds engine, an Olds Omega with a Buick engine, well, you get the idea.
I grew up in Northeastern Pa. a few miles from where that latest fracking "accident" occurred. I sure am glad I don't live there anymore.
so what did the nova and the '50 chevy dually bring?

I dunno. I took a 4 y/o fishing instead, he was more interested in the bugs... and mud, lotsa mud.
My thinking was an auction in the middle of BFE on a holiday weekend= nobody but a few locals. They'll be more tho. I check auctionzip every week.
