Well, the motor has been sitting w/ Marvel Mistry Oil in it, so the pistons probably aren't seized.
Despite the ogre sitting on the trunk, I think that's a pretty sweet Vette. Very tacky and over the top. So obnoxious and bad that it's good.
Car has been sitting since 1983. Wow. That C3 has been sitting almost as long as my father's has been in existence.
The early C3s are most desirable, followed by the late ones with the middle-year ones the least desirable. Doesn't get any earlier than '68, although I'd avoid them in general because the '68s had build quality problems. If I were really stuck on getting one, I'd get a '69-'72. They hammered out the problems in '69
I do prefer the early C3s with the chrome bumpers.. especially the verts. They were just so pretty and classy.. especially compared to the C4
