"Not an employee of the club" ??

Was she there counseling young girls on the evils of that environment ?

or

Was she picking up her girlfriend after the end of the shift ?

"drunk driver kills pretty girl"

There was no need for the news people to focus on salacious details instead of the crime.

3 foot tall tires? those are only 5" taller than the stock tires on my truck- which would put it 2.5" higher than my truck.

unless he had a 6" suspension lift and a 6" body lift- which would look goofy with tires that short- i think he just was too drunk to know what was going on.

Yes there was. Money. They play those commercials with no apology. It's quite clear what they're doing- they don't pretend to be anything else.

As I like to say, the Newshour is on PBS in pretty much every market. If people really wanted "just the news" it wouldn't get clobbered in the ratings. People like to say they don't like how they do the news, but their actions say otherwise.

"headlights were higher than a 6 foot man".

Yea, that's a little jacked up.

Story says she was walking through the parking lot, just got in front of his truck when he threw it into gear and promptly ran over her.

Wow, I didn't know Ford made phallic-compensation edition F250's. I'd say huzzah for a state with fewer custom car laws, but seriously, who wants a truck that requires rock climbing gear to get in? The least surprizing part of this story, however, is that the guy who owns this truck went to a strip club.

hhaha yeah really.

Brotruck lol did he have Monster and Skin stickers on the rear window with his quad in the bed with his led light bar in the tailgate, can't forget the toolbox and CB radio? It's like it's a style or fashion................LMFAO (facepalm)

I'm just amazed that the woman was so damn oblivious, but yeah that sounds like a ridiculously lifted pickup so yeah, HOW!

I mess with Texas.

And this kind of thing is exactly why. Sorry, Texans, your state is stereotyped beyond reason, and sometimes, like now, they're true.

"headlights were higher than a 6 foot man"

But not higher than a 6 foot pile of bricks nor a menagerie of other 6 foot tall items.

Can't just say "Headlights more than 6 feet off the ground", had to make sure a man was in front of it.

Though there is the light relocations on that truck. Look right next to the guy. There is a limit on how high lights can be from the ground.

Given that, I never understood trucks like that....and I have lived in TX my entire life.

Intoxicated manslaughter, in Texas. He's going down for 2 if he is lucky and has a good lawyer, but 10 more likely.

Yea. Or maybe it's just because there aren't that many 6 foot tall women.

Shesh, but you're way to PC!
