A Hummer. Not the square nosed Chevy H2/3, but a 1989 real one. Aluminum skins, f-Glass hood, bigass diesel, gun ports and zip out windows AM General! My belly button was puckering and unpuckering so bad I didn't even mind that it was an automatic. Canvas wrapped around a 2X6s are qhat the Army call seats.
I had to go to Aberdeen Proving Ground yesterday to find some smoking gun and my POC there has this as his "work vehicle". He doesn't drive off post often but he can. He also has a license to drive an Abrahms on the highway. He says the State Police are real handy because tanks don't have mirrors.....
Cool stuff there. I witnessed test firing of tanks, saw some huge vehicles driving around a steeply banked football field seeing what it takes to make them tip over. I snapped some photos of the museum there, couldn't take any in the spot I was in, probably best.
I'll put up pictures once I get the camera back from the black helicopter people.

The tank testing there and at Churchville is always interesting to watch.
I love driving HMMWVs 998 is probably the best (lightest), stuffing the 1151 motor in that biatch man that's a fun ride. I always thoguht of buying one, just for the free fuel
I saw three military hummers on the highway this morning. The first driver was wearing a helmet, the other two drivers were just wearing hats. I'm thinking to myself, "Wonder who's carrying the ammo?"
They fun to drive, I have been able to drive an H1 diesel, but it had gun ports.
lookin at all the big, dangerous cannons and tanks, how dangerous is the woman behind the desk? Killer pics too!

An Engineer I work with. Masters degree in two mediums, paramedic, ambulance driver, farmer, knows weapons systems like you can't believe and easier to look at than my last boss. Dangerous?

I didn't realize they had so much German iron down there. I really need to get to APG some day. I haven't been in years, even though I worked not far from there for a while.
Whoa nice pics!
Aww it's so cute! ^_^
OK who stripped down a tank for racing?
