About 2 months ago my grandma became really sick.  In the hospital we almost put her in hospice.  The hospital labled her sickness as a highly contagious respiratory virus.  (Basically, I think Corona virus, before our hospitals were ready to label it) .  Well She made it out a month ago and was put I to therapy.  Basically up until my family had been locked out of being able to visit her, the therapist said she likely plateaued, and wouldn't walk again.  With contact limited to phone we couldn't physically encourage her to keep moving, which grew really tuff on my mom.  I'll fast forward to today.  10 days after her 92nd b day.  My mom gets a phone call, Grandma was able to walk 19 steps! Ggaaaahhhh good news!

Grandma  survived the Great Depression,  WWII, unfiltered cigarettes, lead paint, Vietnam,  the civil rights movement, 911, disco, and Reganomics. That flu didn't stand a chance.
