Finding a Stolen Impreza in Chicago?

A friend of mine had his car stolen in Chicago recently- pretty sure all the correct things have been done with police reports, insurance, talking to every business and potential security camera owner in the immediate area... but I know GRM likes a challenge.  Find this stolen car!

My car was recently stolen in Old Irving Park from outside the Starbucks at West Irving Park and Kostner (within the last two days). It is a white 2016 Subaru Impreza with the plates BN50872 (IL).

It has a few stickers on the back such as "GUITAR", LIBRICIDE, Cricket Blue, and Portishead. The rear bumper has some scratches and scuffs from healthy contact with other people's vehicles. The front bumper has some scrapes on the bottom. The driver's seat had a checkered red and white Croatian football jersey over it (Modrić), and the front dashboard had some circular, sparkly objects taken from earrings. The middle dashboard display had two Pokéball toys stuffed into it. The front passenger door has a small ding that's a bit brown and yellowed. Overall paint color is slightly off-white now.

CD cases may be visible in the driver's side door, and the front passenger side door had a rainbow stuffed animal. Both front seats had handmade embroidered cushions on them. The rear right seat had a brown stain from an ice cream spill.

Any information would be much appreciated.

Ice cream stain. Surrrreee. 

There are quite a few stolen vehicles that have been located through a large enthusiast group online here.  Photos make all the difference.

I think that's what is going to be particularly hard about this one- it's a stock white Impreza, the bumper stickers are probably the most defining feature.

I will let my wife's family know.  They have family in Chicago and Champagne.

Take a tour around the surrounding 4 blocks. If it's not parked around there I'm willing to bet it's been stripped for parts. I used to live in that neighborhood and had one car stolen for a joyride and another broken into for probably the same reason, but the door they tried to use was barely held on and they gave up when it halfway fell off. If streets and sanitation had it towed they take their sweet time mailing you the notice. Best of luck!

I wouldn't count on the stickers still being on it either. The stain on the back seat and scratches will help ID it.
