Long story short, I had to buy a new laptop last week. Got it mostly setup a few days ago, one thing is bothering me though and I can't figure out how to change it in this version. (36.0.4) On my old laptop and old firefox (no clue what version it was), I had it set up so that a 2 finger tap/click would open links in a new tab while staying on the active/current one. This version, I only see the option to "when I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately". Currently, a 2 finger tap brings up a menu (acting like a right click). I don't see any helpful options under my touchpad settings or in firefox?

Any suggestions?

Laptop is an asus x555l if it matters, google is not being helpful in this matter.

I know on a desktop a "wheel click" (FKA "Middle click") does what you want in recent versions of Firefox. On my laptop, to get a "wheel click" I have to hit the left and right click buttons at the same time. Give that a try.
