Today I started as Director of IT at a pathology lab startup, working with a handful of people I worked with at another lab. So cool to be working with them again, including my old boss (I replaced him at the last lab, actually), who's one of the founders of this new place. The old lab went to E36 M3 after they got bought out, so I'm really looking forward to building something cool with some of the best people I've ever worked with.

If the product seems viable, accept stock offers. If not go for the pay increases. My sister worked for about a dozen pharmacutical startups and should have taken the stock option from one of them. She'd be my rich sister now...
