Origin of flood? Houston. Sounds like rear end of truck as evap canister and rear diff oil changes.
Surface rust on entire rear axle, yet rest of vehicle is clean.

no, The only salvage title i will buy is Mechanical salvage or Hail damage salvage. With a possibility of Theft Salvage. I personally wont pay more than $5k for something with a salvage or EML title.
having grown up less than a mile from the ocean (and the bay is down the street from me now) not a chance in hell. Water, especially salt water, does terrible things to cars
the only way I would buy a flood car is for a parts car.
