My freind Mike is flying his airplane around the world. He left Aiken SC Sunday August 25. He is posting a blog with some good photos. He also has a device that post his position, every 10 minutes on a map. I think that some of you might want to follow his progress.

Good thing it doesn't have the rising sun painted on it for when he approaches Hawaii from the west....
Looks neat, I'll have to keep watching it.
Has anyone ever flown a MU-2 around the world? It'd be cool to say you're the first.
In reply to Appleseed:
I know that Mike has flown MU-2's to Austrailia from the west coast and from Europe, so he has flown the routes but never in one trip. I would love to do a trip like his.
Mike is back in Aiken. It took him 25 days, 27,475 miles and 101.5 hours of flying. His airplane had 0 mechanical failures. This is a link to his photos.
