Fog Lights II: Blinded by the Lights?

I thought this was in reference to rear fogs on EU vehicles?

I did find one good thing about fogs. On my last C900 I had some big round Hella 500 FFs ontop of the bumper. Even with them off, if I came up behind somebody on the highway, they would get out of the way
