Gordon Murray and a 90k English pounds price tag. Pretty much why I put it in off-topic. Not very grassroots but it'll show up in English 'Clubman' racing soon enough.
Wow! The Coyote is a sweet engine. I can't imagine it with almost another 90hp and 1000lbs less than the '13 Mustang GT I owned.
I love everything about it. I desperately long to own a TVR. They seem so unreliable and dangerous.

TVR looks to be continuing its trend of ridiculous exhaust exists.

I've always loved their stuff. They are like the British Viper, IMO.
I see it continues TVRs fascination of super wide shutlines around the hood and doors. Pretty though, so very very pretty and deadly. Would that make it pretty deadly?
Are used TVR's as hard to find as I suspect they are? I feel like I might need one.
What you s the thing on the roof next to the antenna on the yellow one above?

RHD single bubble roof for helmet clearance and cabin vent all in one
If only my hirsutitude actually got me closer to TVR ownership...
It's cool, but I'll still take a Sagaris with the color shifting paint please:

I've often wondered how a bare-bones non-performance car would sell. Kind of the same basic idea of a TVR, as far as options go, but without the speed.
Something akin to a second coming of the Chevette with updated styling and a tiny, turbocharged, direct injected engine. A RWD 4 door hatch or wagon with manual everything, no nannies and 40+mpg.
These are the musings that get me through slow work days.
Like this only not a Jeep.
In reply to The_Jed :
All the rally drivers would snatch them up assuming they're sturdy enough... so there's like, 15 potential US sales there
A 500+ hp two-seater that weighs under 2700 lbs? Now that sounds like fun

In reply to The_Jed :
I dunno. I like my nannies if they keep me from dieing because either I wasn't paying attention (slightly likely) or someone else wasn't paying attention (slightly more likely)

That is one shouty car....

I own and drive my Land Rover daily, I have the Fiat I bought at 18, and I am working on a Saab, I am not hirsuted enough to own a TVR
"A ticket to a festival of plastic death.". One of Cap'n Slows best lines.
It does sound like fun. I'll have to cam my current car to get there. :) Only at 425 WHP now.
Seriously though. I love that TVR is alive. The world is a better place with them making their crazy rides. This one is kind of tame from a styling stand point for TVR. One of these days, I'd love to have a Tuscan Speed 6.

As long as it is offered with the classic TVR Chameleon paint.

Man, I love TVRs. That is a sweet, sweet car. Jacked right into the 16 year old part of my brain.
Specs look good, styling is rather mild, cute, and smiley by TVR standards.
Looks like you can get a very good shape Tuscan speed 6 for under $30k in the U.K. Have to wait another 10 years or so until we can bring them to the us though. :(
