Has not. I've lived in Greenville SC for the past four years. It's never seen Syracuse and is completely rust free. All bolts and undercarriage included.

Since neither of us have any real way to quantify that, and it is of no value to this conversation, I suggest that you buy my car that never lived in either salty place. A nice southern (mostly) car with no rust at all.
I can say that it snows more there, like I said earlier, 10 feet so far this winter. And RWD with snow tires is just fine for even that nasty of a winter.
