I am 29 and I will die young as late as possible.
BTW these ages are surprising to me, I knew most people on the forum were older but my brain was saying 40s for most of ya'll, even when you firmly said you weren't.
We were 40s when we started here :)
47.
Just finished my tier 2 (of 3) Holley efi class on Friday. Never stop learning.

I'm a E36 M3 magnet. Something dumb is going to get me. Felt that way since I was about 12.

I'm frankly shocked I didn't get killed on a sportbike in my 20s the way we used to ride. I actually watched a good friend of mine die that way, and by watch, I mean literally. I was in the same accident that killed him. 4 of us went down, 1 didn't make it home.
I'm 40, dad turns 71 in January.

Ah. Good to know; it sounded more serious than that... not to down play that!
But look at it this way: the feeling has been wrong for 31 years now, so it ain't reliable!!! Here's to hoping it's wrong for at least anothe 31 years!!!
E36 M3 magnet? I completely understand.
Mid 40s now, but I started on here in my mid 20s.

I don't really look at it as a downer, more of a motivator. I feel I've got about 20 years left. Hell, man, get going. Do E36 M3. No wasted days.
It's great because I'm doing things with the hellspawn that would be 10x easier alone, because I enjoy spending time with him. (Among other things)
I'm 49, but I don't look a DAY over 55.

And you don't act a day over 18.
I'm berking old. All of you posting that you're in your 30's I thought you guys were young 20's.
62. Try to act 20 years younger, but I only have the energy for 10 years.

67 here. Believe I was 28 when I bought AutoX issue #1. Changed my life.
Thank you Tim and Margie.

Turning 75 in 8 days. Still going, just slower. Not that faster was all that faster.
I thought I might be the oldest rat in this barn until I saw your post. I'll be 75 shortly before Christmas.
Age 64. I still work a 40 hour week and not even considering retirement. Married to a hot blonde Gen Xer who is 9 years younger. Spending a lot of time training a 7 month old border collie puppy for agility and frisbee. Still active in dog rescue. Still riding my Zuma scooter. Spent this weekend wrenching on an old Jeep XJ I have owned for over 20 years.
All of my immediate family, my Mother, my younger sister, one ex-girlfriend, most of my dogs, and a bunch of people I used to know are now dead.
As Commander Riker said to Captain Picard and the end of Star Trek Generations about mortality, "Speak for yourself, sir. I plan to live forever".
Statistically people who have more birthdays tend to live longer than those with fewer birthdays.
55. Don't feel a day over 25 most of the time. The hurts take a little longer to heal but that's about it.
Age is a state of mind and I refuse to act old.

When I joined this forum I was in my teens.
