I know this was a rhetorical question but the answer is "no". You also likely had dinner (depending on your chorizo source) for $0.79.
a brand new "tortillaria" (I thought the spanish word was "panaderia") just opened up in my neighborhood. People are raving. I have not been there yet since it is so much more convenient to just buy everything at the grocery store. But maybe I'll stop over there tonight!

I think the total cost for both my wife and I was about $6. But we 2 tortillas per taco, 3 tacos, and too much chorizo.

Chipotle is way closer to genuine Mexican food than Taco Bell.
Living in San Diego I regularly eat at mexican shops and realize how spoiled I am when I travel just a little bit north and find sorry excuses for "mexican" food. I've eaten street tacos in Tijuana, taco shops, Mexican restaurants, Tortilarias, Taco Bell, and Chipotle. Each one is different and each one is delicious in it's own way.

Got my coupon just before lunch today. Unfortunately, Chipotle is too far away for lunch on a weekday. Must use by Feb 23. I think I can do that.
