I am still watching the fast and furious movies, even though I will admit they are ridiculous. Universal is going to show them a in theaters for free in the build up to the release of the new film with the rocket powered fiero plane. I probably won't go see them in theaters, but thought some of you might want to do so

I tried to watch the first one. Quit after ten minutes.

You obviously have much better taste in movies than I do.
I've seen them all, and I own most of the films in this series. Overtime, the FastFamily movies have turned into superhero stories as detached from reality as any MCU film... But these are MY silly superheroes.

That is a good way to look at the F&F franchise. It is not a documentary, it is entertainment, nothing more.
It's entertainment to some. I also tried to watch the first one. It's so terrible that I truly don't understand a car guy liking it. No, it's not a documentary, but rivets popping out of the floor and 33 shifts in a street race is just stoopid.
i know, I'm in the minority because there was more than one of these movies made, but they truly are terrible. And the main actor, the guy that died; his acting was bad enough that I'm surprised he wasn't in Star Wars Episodes 1-3.

Eight movies so far. The ninth, with the flying rocket powered fiero is about to be released. (...and yes, they are terrible. I also love the sharknado films.)
