You know, depending on the size you could drill and tap it, then screw in an eye bolt and attach a slide-hammer to the eye-bolt?
Stuck rusted metal needs big heat and big hammer. OA is ideal, Mapp will get you there slowly. Favorite medium persuasion instrument is a 7-10lb mini sledge, at those impacts a screwdriver plastic handle takes some of the force spike away so a steel punch is better.
Kroil is king, PB is a distant 2nd and basically any real lubricant is better than wax in my experience. Wax just burns off at the Temps you need to really get something unstuck.
Enjoy arm day!
Had not heard of wax, till I saw a post of Curtis's in the last couple years. Would have been a skeptic, except I trust the source! Have not had (or needed, fortunately) to try yet.
I too learned this trick here and it's magic. Removed exhaust studs at the manifolds on a 20 year old 285k motor without breaking a single one thanks to heat and candle wax.
8 lb hammer, a hard steel drift of appropriate dimensions, and a well-controlled two-handed swing. Yes, this means having someone hold the drift. Yes, they can use tongs.
You will want to wear AT LEAST some beefy safety glasses and should consider a motorcycle helmet.
