The KX85 was actually the donor for project M85.

As you may know the FX bike is quite expensive and still in the testing stages, and Project M85 is one of a kind and not for sale :(
It seems to me that you could start with a KX85 and with some bigger wheels, some lightening (somehow) and an exhaust reroute you'd have something very similar to the FX bike / Project M85 
You could, but it wouldn't look as trick 
The sikk trail bike is similar to that, but has only a 125 4stroke motor.
Hmm the sikk trail bike looks like a good budget option...
A modified KX85 would also need a lower final drive and stiffer suspension, with some modifications to prevent the larger wheels from hitting anything under compression.
