In winter the rule is this: Anyone who is somewhere warmer than I am is a Bob Costas. Anyone who is somewhere where it's colder than I am is clinically insane. The inverse is true in summer. I know this is a fact as my life decisions are the only correct ones.
Woohoo, it was 'only' -3F this morning, that's a whole 10 degrees warmer than yesterday, although my wife called to say it's now dropped to -5 :(

Yeah, it doesn't really work until it gets well below zero. When we did it in Alaska we would never throw it at someone until it hit colder than 30 below(F). Never seen it work at zero, even with boiling water.
