I think Toyota's trolling us.

I agree that it is not especially easy on the eyes, but I find myself drawn to the nismo juke. Seems like an all around somewhat fun people mover.
This further confirms what I already knew. I am not the target buyer for the Prius.
It is not bad enough for me to be serious hater. Lord knows the people from my homeland (Michigan) put their share of ugly vehicles into the world.
Edit: Looking at the newest Prius and Civic, it looks to me like someone took pictures of the previous model and Photoshopped the lights up to seemingly ridiculous proportions.
I don't think the new prius is all that bad looking. If you did not know it was the ultimate geeky commuter car, you would almost think it was some sort of sporty by it's shape, styling, and placement of the wheels.

You think your eyes hurt now, wait until you've got one stuck behind you at night with all of those point-lightsource LEDs blinding you.

Yeah it's not a terrible looking car. But I thought the same about the Juke. Both have undeserved reputations as some of the ugliest cars ever made. They're just so-so looking IMO.
Might be ugly, but at least it isn't boring. I'd rock that over the bloated mosquito of years past.
I also like the new Civic. In person I think it looks great.
The new Civic is butt ugly. I'll get weird looks for this but the last gen Prius isn't half bad looking. The Prius V is okay also..

Every time I see a new 4Runner, it looks like it has been in a wreck in the front. I just don't understand.

My wife is looking to upgrade her Trailblazer - body on frame. - real rear wheel drive, 4x4, crappy gas mileage.....you know, old school.....and I thought the four runner but I can't get over the odd looking front end.
