So the dealer I bought Bug Red from laid the Armor All on real thick on the dash and all I see is the dash reflection when driving into the sun.
What's useful to remove this?

I would go with the least aggressive stuff first: Soap and water. Rinse well with plain water, dry it with lint-free towels. Rinse and dry again. I like Blue Magic Leather and Vinyl Cleaner. Smells just like saddle soap, guessing that's essentially what it is. If that doesn't get it dry enough for you, Dawn dish detergent has ammonia.
I agree with johnnie..."go with the least aggressive stuff first".
Having said that, my nuclear solution of choice is always...

This.
Sprayaway Glass Cleaner would probably do the trick.
It also kicks butt as a... get ready for it... glass cleaner!
As far as a product that's not as obnoxious as Armor All, I like the Meguiar's Ultimate Protectant:
If you put one coating of it on, it gives it a dull shine that's perfect and just looks clean. If you keep laying it on, it will get shiny.
Talc or corn starch because it'll act like dust. Of course I just changed a diaper and I got the stuff all over me.
Mother's Carpet & Upholstery cleaner works reasonably well at removing Armor All, too, and is pretty mild.
I do like EinsZett Cockpit Premium as a protectant, it gives a nice non-glare satin to matte finish.
Man there are some pretty harsh suggestions in here for Armor All. I'd be afraid of stripping more than the armor all off with some of that stuff.
Take a clean terry cloth towel and rub it down pretty well. In a week it'll all be faded away anyway.

Buy a new car?
Hopefully they did not infect your tires with that crap.

We use Spray Nine at work for engine degreasing. It's awesome stuff.
A word of caution. You know when cleaning products say to test in an inconspicuous area before using? That isn't idle blather with Spray Nine. Somewhere in Ohio there is a Mercedes 450SEL with a slightly less colored spot on the rear seat cushion's leather. Spray Nine took the dye right out, turned the rag red and the leather (underside of the seat, duh!) slightly less red.
In other trivia, K&N Air Filter Cleaner smells exactly like Spray Nine but costs a LOT more. I just buy Spary Nine for my air filter cleaning needs, and aerosol cans of Klotx air cleaner oil. Only time ever where Klotz is the cheaper option.
