Yes, that's right. My wife has had one for 2.5 years and 40k miles, and we love it. After 3 minivans, this thing is a revelation. For those of you ripping it, what do you want in a family hauler? It seats 7, looks pretty nice, is safe, has plenty of power with the 3.5L Duratec, and even handles pretty well for what it is. It shares a lot of chassis DNA with the Volvo S80. And it gets 24mpg on the freeway. The only downside to me is that it can't really tow anything.

I like wagons. The Taurus X is the closest thing to a proper wagon Ford's made (the Taurus wagon was just too hideous). We really liked them when we shopped wagons, thought it much more useful than the Edge. Apparently the public didn't agree since it's dead.
