Looked it up on Snopes. Per their report, fliers are being circulated outside of local Jewish centers by "masked men". What's not known or clear is whether there's actually anyone in power behind it. Given how berked up the whole situation is over there, I suspect these wouldn't be handed around unless those handing them out were pretty comfortable they wouldn't get in trouble with the Rooskis.

The fliers are real. Not a hoax. The mystery is whether the interim pro-Russia gov't is behind this, or another group attempting to make them look bad.

Yeah, sorry if I started an e36m3storm with this one, but USA Today, Fox, and CNN were all carrying it. That, combined with historically significant antisemitism in Eastern Europe, made it seem plausible.
