good gearing calculator?

Is there a program or website available, free preferably, where I could punch in HP, torque, tires, and possibly suspension settings and get back a list of ideal gear ratios for 1/4 and 1/2 mile drag races?

Assume concrete HP and torque curve, with infinitely adjustable gear ratios. 

If we have any ratio nerds, I could upload the data I have to here. 

This is mostly a thought exercise on my part.
